Regulations The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must outline the terms of product delivery and return, as well as the right of withdrawal. This provision is referred to as a distance contract (Cabinet Regulations).
Distance Contract In this online store, the seller of the offered products, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, conclude the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the products to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Delivery and Payment Procedure The Buyer orders products through this website, specifying the type and quantity of products to be ordered. The Buyer can pay for the product using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is generated electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures delivery of the products within 20 days from the receipt of payment for the product, with the delivery time agreed upon with the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product, by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal form to the Buyer via email upon the Buyer’s request. The Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All costs associated with returning the product to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the ordered products, due to their nature, cannot be returned, spoil quickly, or are quickly consumed;
- the ordered products are custom-made specifically for the Buyer;
- the Buyer has opened the packaging of audio or video recordings or software.
Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period." The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the product is damaged, if the Buyer has carelessly handled the product during use or disregarded the instructions, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.
Data Processing By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their data will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the products in accordance with the requirements of Latvian law. By entering information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of their order at the specified email address.
